Dear staff at Country Living, My husband and I ordered the Country Living Grain Mill on the afternoon of July 13th and by 2pm on the 15th, received our order. We didn’t try the grain mill until a week later. We ground some hard red winter wheat on the fine setting (pastry flour texture) and I made and baked some of the best biscuits ever! So far I have used it for wheat and corn and could not be more pleased. This is my attempt to power my Country Living Grain Mill. I used a 90vdc gear motor and a dc motor control card that converts 120vac power to run the dc motor.
