These are moist, delicious, and made from 100% whole wheat flour, ground on the Country Living Grain Mill. Whole Wheat Pumpkin Muffins 2 eggs, beaten 2/3 cup granulated sugar 1 cup pumpkin, canned 1/3 cup vegetable oil 2/3 cup milk Blend above five ingredients together, then add: 2 cups whole wheat flour, finely ground 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. cinnamon 2 tsp. baking powder Mix well, and fill greased or lined muffin tins 2/3 full. Dear staff at Country Living, My husband and I ordered the Country Living Grain Mill on the afternoon of July 13th and by 2pm on the 15th, received our order.
