Motor Kit Was A Big Help

“I am writing from Thailand and I have been using the grain mill for several years now and I am very happy with it. The flour is so fine that I have been able to make whole wheat bread without any other flour. Getting our motor kit was a big help, too. Here is a picture of the previous “motor” – members of my family that took turns cranking the mill. Sincerely, Charles Harris Chiang Rai, Thailand”

We are delighted with how easy the mill is to operate and how great it produces. We are using it and we love it. With a twist of the knob it is set from fine to medium to etc, coarse or ground. It does not lose the setting or need continual re-adjustment. A GREAT MACHINE! Florence Mount Joy, PA

Made In The U.S.A

November 25, 2011

MSRP:

We read about a lot of grain mills and I kept coming back to yours. I know it cost a little more but, we feel that you put a lot of tender loving care into your grain mill. We also like the fact that it was made in the U.S.A., it is very difficult to find American Made Products and we find that a very sad commentary. Thanks again for making it possible to support this country’s people. Sincerely, Dorothy Goda

Tested Other Hand Grain Mills

November 25, 2011

Free

MSRP:

I recently attended a consumer show where I tested half a dozen other hand grain mills. The Country Living grain mill was easier to turn and had the most consistent grind of all the other mills. Some of the other mills were so hard to turn, you would have to be desperate to use them! Thank you for a quality product. Sincerely, Mindy Gordon

“WOW! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU! The mill was received right before our school May Faire, then opened a couple days later (May Faire is very, very busy). The teachers were shocked at how lovely the mill is, and the children– well the first day the mill was unveiled the children ground every piece of grain available on the premises! The children (including my daughter, a fussy 5 year old) love the mill. We will be taking pictures and sending you copies of these! Cheers, Leann Eugene Waldorf School…

The Highest Quality Construction

“…I’d like to take this opportunity to comment on the Country Living Grain Mill. One rarely sees a product of such superior quality in all respects. I have found the mill to be of the highest quality construction, design, ease of use, and, in addition, is aesthetically very pleasing. I know there are other mills on the market and even some knock-off products, but I feel anyone purchasing a mill that plans to rely on it for any reason should not hesitate to select the Country Living Grain Mill. Your Grinder Rocks…or Grinding Dimes

April 23, 2009

Free

MSRP:

My children (4 and 6 years old) managed to slip a dime into either my beans or wheat. The dime is flattened and scraped, almost unrecognizable. After looking at the dime I was sure my grinder was ruined. I reassembled it and set it on fine. To my utter amazement it still ground my flour super fine! Thanks for such a good product. I am sure I will be buying some more plates just in case something terrible happens to my grinder. But for now it still works despite a…

Helping Families In Ethiopia

April 9, 2009

Free

MSRP:

Jack, attached you will find two pictures of my recent trip to the village of Kalo, Ethiopia. This is a village of 9000 people and 277 farms. Each farm being an average of 100 hectares. The principle crops are maize, teff and wheat. Prior to the delivery of your Country Living Grinding Mill they had to travel 8 miles, on foot carrying up to 100 pounds on their backs, to the nearest grain mill. This was a 10-12 hour day. Today 10-15 families NO LONGER have to make that trip.…

We Bought A Cheaper Grain Mill

April 7, 2009

MSRP:

“Dear Mr. Jenkins, I was sending our product registration in and just wanted to let you know our family is extremely pleased with our new Country Living Mill. This was our last effort at home grinding. We had originally researched different mills and eventually bought one that was a little cheaper than the CLM. Well, lots of huffing and puffing later we just still couldn’t seem to grind wheat efficiently and finely as claimed. We bought it from a very reputable company and have been pleased with their other products…
