5 1/2 cups warm water
2/3 cup vegetable oil
2/3 cup honey
1 tablespoon salt
12 to 13 cups whole wheat flour
How many loaves? I would like to scale this recipe for one loaf.
Generally, it takes 3 to 3 1/2 cups of flour per average sized loaf.
How long do I let it rise during the rising times?
