The BEAN Grinder Gal!
I’ve had my mill for almost 1 year now. I don’t know if you remember, but I’m from Chicago–the BEAN grinder gal! Well I’ve been using the Country Living Mill on an average of 2 times weekly, and love it! I use it strictly to grind dry beans such as split yellow & green peas, and red & orange lentils. I combine the bean flour with semolina or whole wheat flour, depending on whether I’m making pasta or quick bread…
