Note: Before shipping, we test grind some wheat with each mill to ensure that it is functioning properly. If you are gluten intolerant please note that in the requests and concerns portion of the order form so that we can test your mill with an alternate grain such as rice.
From time to time models become available that have a superficial ding or imperfection in the powder coating. Many of these blemishes are scarcely noticeable, and while fully functional and fully guaranteed, these models cannot be sold through our dealers.
