Jack, attached you will find two pictures of my recent trip to the village of Kalo, Ethiopia. This is a village of 9000 people and 277 farms. Each farm being an average of 100 hectares. The principle crops are maize, teff and wheat. Prior to the delivery of your Country Living Grinding Mill they had to travel 8 miles, on foot carrying up to 100 pounds on their backs, to the nearest grain mill. This was a 10-12 hour day. “We bought your mill something like a couple years ago and have ground all of our grain with it since (Kamut, Millet, Rye, Barley, Oats, Buckwheat, Wheat), and we go through a fair bit.
